The Yackandandah Museum has research staff who can assist families with information about their forebears. You will find the RESEARCH section of this blog has a link to the research request form. As there is no public access to research material it is necessary to follow the research process outlined. We look forward to a visit when you are next in Yackandandah.

I came across your website when checking out the attractions of Yackandandah – my family and I will be staying nearby this coming weekend. It’s a good website, very informative, but I couldn’t find any information regarding opening hours. We’d love to visit – are you open at weekends or weekdays only?

Hi Elizabeth, Apologies for the late response, we are run by volunteers and if the museum is having a busy day there isn’t always time to check our blog. I hope you enjoyed your weekend in our beautiful district and that you came by the museum. You will find our opening hours on the “Contact Museum” page.
